    At Moe’s Collective, all sales are final. Due to the nature of vintage and secondhand clothing, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
  • Why We Don’t Accept Returns
    Every item in our store is a unique, one-of-a-kind vintage or Y2K piece. Each item is carefully inspected, photographed, and described before listing so you know exactly what you are purchasing.
  • Item Condition
    All of our items are pre-owned vintage pieces. Minor signs of age, wear, or fading may be present and are consistent with the vintage nature of the product. Any significant flaws will always be noted in the product description.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items
    While we take great care in packing every order, if your item arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will work to resolve the issue.
  • Sizing
    We strongly recommend checking the measurements listed in each product description before purchasing, as vintage sizing can differ from modern sizing standards. We are not able to accept returns due to sizing issues.
